For residents of the United States: We currently offer shipping options through USPS, FedEx, and USPS. For international residents: We exclusively utilize FedEx as our shipping carrier. Please note that the shipping carriers mentioned above are subject to change.

Regarding returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged or the wrong item was received.

You can place an order online, by phone, or by email. Please provide us with your product quantities, sizes, and colors, as well as your shipping and payment information.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards, as well as personal and business checks. Online payments are processed through stripe.com.

Many of our items are seasonal and limited – please contact info@shopnamsar.com and we’d be happy to try and find your item for you.

Please carefully package the wrong or damaged item with the original (or a copy of ) receipt. Then, take the item to a USPS location and purchase shipping and tracking. If the item was returned to us without tracking information, and we don’t receive it, we cannot issue a refund. Please include the receipt for shipping costs and we will refund you the cost of shipping. No shipping refunds will be given without a receipt of shipping costs. We will then send the correct item, or a replacement item, at no shipping cost to you.

Order processing times may vary depending on product availability and shipping schedules. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date when you place your order. Namsar will provide you with the exact delivery date.

We do not accept cancellations or modifications to orders once they have been placed. Please double-check your order details before submitting your payment.

If an online retailer has a physical presence in a particular state, such as a store, business office, or warehouse, it must collect sales tax from customers in that state. If a business does not have a physical presence in a state, it is not required to collect sales tax for sales into that state. Since Namsar is located in California, we must collect sales tax from all customers in California (we can’t believe it either). If you are outside of California, we are not required to collect sales tax from you.

We allow back orders on items that we may sell out of. You can expect the ship time to be between 14-21 days.

Yes, we will provide you with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
